Every customer of ours would be given access to Client Extranet Interface. (access by username and password).

For every project we execute, we have a customized page for each client, where the client could view the following things - Links to key documents like SRS, storyboarding, user interfaces - Latest updated demo of the application - Estimated Project timelines/milestones vis a vis actual completion.

This ensures that, wherever you are, you could be get an update regarding the progress of the project, and interactive interface wherein you could send in your comments and suggestions.
